These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, TikTok integration, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cherry Red Chariot ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Roblox experience +1 Speed Slime Keyboard Escape (the "Game"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is a companion integration used to connect your Roblox account with your TikTok account for optional in-game features. It is not operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or TikTok Inc.
01 Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by TikTok and Roblox. If under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with parental consent and supervision.
02 Connecting Your TikTok Account
Connecting is optional. By connecting you authorize limited profile access via TikTok Login Kit as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for complying with TikTok Terms.
03 Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, use bots/scrapers outside normal gameplay, misrepresent identity, or disrupt the Service.
04 In-Game Content
In-game currency, items, badges, or rewards have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable outside Roblox, and are governed by Roblox Terms of Use.
05 Intellectual Property
Game content, artwork, names, and branding are owned by Cherry Red Chariot or its licensors. Roblox and TikTok trademarks belong to their respective owners.
06 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, including disconnecting linked accounts, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or as required by platform policy.
07 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation at all times.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherry Red Chariot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
09 Changes
Material changes will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
